Catherine Gray trained and worked in Knightsbridge in London before moving to Wales and setting up Catherine Gray Flowers in Chepstow in 2008. Since then Catherine Gray Flowers have built a reputation as one of Monmouthshire’s finest florists, specialising in using British Grown seasonal flowers. Catherine’s love for flowers and background as a landscape designer has meant that her flowers remain firmly at the cutting edge of floral design and have been frequently featured in publications including WM, Wedding ideas and Brides magazine.
